The saikawa and Kanna one involves saikawa stays at Kobayashi's a week. During such she has to wear bedwetting diapers in bed. Once to Kanna's house they switch into pajamas to play and Kanna noticed saikawa had different underwear then before. So asking questions about it saikawa gets flustered and explains why she wears them. Then sitting in bed watching cartoons with Kanna that's when Kanna asks saikawa if she has ever pooped then before or peed then on purpose before. Being flustered saikawa says no and kanna gets curious.

So she the tries to con saikawa into pooping her diaper. After some convincing saikawa eventually does and is embarrassed. That's when kanna wants to wear diapers to because there cute. Then as it goes on they wear diapers everywhere.

As of the Kobayashi and tohru idea, I figured Kobayashi just let tohru move in and laying in bed still tohru discovered Kobayashi wears diapers to bed for bedwetting. So she teased her and one night brushing there teeth she asks Kobayashi if she has ever just dropped a fresh poop in her diaper before. Being Kobayashi protesting the idea since they are for bedwetting. Tohru decided to find away to get her to poop the diapers to. Then one morning Kobayashi found her room as a babyish room. Protesting for tohru to fix it, Kobayashi is treated like a baby. Then getting smelled by Tohru she hears she didn't smell right. Kobayashi being confused at the phrase heard a snap of tohrus fingers and suddenly felt a heavy sag on her butt. She then realized she had poop in her diaper
