They aren't, Rumble is a Pegasusm younger brother of Thunderlane, and Bright Eyes is an Earth Pony, as, in Nyx's Family, the Earth Ponies in that universe were, pretty much slaves to Unicorns with Pegasi as their enforcers, so that's why the Crystal Ponies are all Earth Ponies, and they mistrust those two species. Also, The Crytal Heart actually saved the three for, the Wendigoes, and Clover the Clever stole it and made that spell. And thus, the Hearths Warming pageant is "Prancy" propaganda made by Unicorns in the eyes of the Crystal Ponies. In my eyes, the one we saw in the show was tones down for foals.
