I kinda like the thought that Sam ends up tracking Dani down in concern for the girl and finds where she has been staying which isn't a place a kid should be staying and takes her in... But quickly finds out Dani has varies problems such as possibly control problems to a degree seeing as Dani was a rapidly grown clone let alone a genderbent one and one that had stability issues leading to varies problems now that she is stable … Maybe even Dani doesn't have a proper education given how I doubt Vlad want put more then the basic bare minimum in Dani's head and other clones

Well in the show after dani flies off after you see her for the second time she never comes back so maybe in this she could of decided to stay in amity park to help fight ghosts
