hmmm.....its morelike an effect option then a tool id be in the windows area where those tabbs are like how you find invert and custom color

sowwies cant say im the most active member,....i just post my art here....^^', but i did just look at yours if you want sometime i could teach you the computer tools to get clean lines and to be able to computer shade
