I'm not entirely sure, I figure Asami would just lose patience with Korra's arguing and propose it as a way to end the argument. Also did we decide what the bet was going to be?

Both of those sound like great ideas. Maybe Korra is apprehensive about anything babyish before the bet?

Had another thought on Korra one. Maybe the set up is that Korra and Asami have been arguing about Korra, being Korra, always stubbornly tries to handle her diapers alone even though she's not good at it, so that leads them to the bet which Asami wins allowing her to baby her.

Yeah that would make sense. Maybe the whole baby thing starts to become her coping mecahnism
Oh yeah I want to keep pop star going too. I was thinking that Anna becomes the bus driver and/or bodyguard and maybe they go on tour after the big release of Victoria's first album?
