And what about the zora will they be dominate or submissive since im bottom based switch

Depending on what version of Zelda and Hyrule we go for the context could be Zelda goes to Gerudo Valley on royal business and then stays with your character. She'd then find out about her wearing diapers and from there you could either forceable put Zelda in them or she could get curious and ask.
Afterall Gerudo are tall and warriors so it would make more sense for one to be in the more dominant role.

Same here i wouldn't mind have one of the characters padded as well as my oc (which i dont mind being a gerudo just need to think of her name)

As far as a Zelda RP really only the cannon Character I'd want to get padded or at least be able to play confidently is Zelda.
However as for an OC going for a Gerudo or Zora could be fun. Of course there's also the Champions of those species from BOTW that I wouldn't mind seeing padded.
