Well, like I said, he doesn't do request the very first time someone asks. You'll have to invest some time, admire his work and leave genuine comments over a period of time before he will even consider doing a request from a fan. If you really want him to do your request then you'll have to "Put some time into it". Whether or not that is worth it is up to you!
