Well I was thinking maybe a girl that is basically abandon on the streets but manages to survive of little hand outs and finds. She resorts in pick pocketing and well gets caught by a Dom girl or guy. Getting mad they calm when finding there girl was homeless. But before they could catch her she runs away. Later that night the person then finds her sleeping in the park in the slide on the playground. They then pick her up, bath her and decided since she did try to steal they force her in diapers 24/7 and as we go you are free to add stuff to it ^_^ like more babyish stuff.
