It's a more cutesy idea with Lisa getting a new frilly dress, Bart complimenting it, Lisa jokingly saying he should wear it, to which it gets Bart flustered. He agrees after him and Lisa discuss the idea of him being a sissy and gets a makeover from her, enjoying it quite a lot.
