For pairs I like I’m thinking Yamada and Unohana or Yamada and Isane
Maybe Yachiru with someone, though she would be aged up.
Maybe Harribel and her francioness are taken care of by Ulquiorra.
Lilynette and Starrk.
Hiyori seems fun as well.

Pairs I would enjoy
Toshiro and Rangiku (though maybe Toshiro also still gets treated more like a kid, stuck in pull ups or something even though shes still in charge of Rangiku)
Ichigo and Orihime
Maybe Yoruichi avoids it but ends up a caregiver for Rukia still
