I'm thinking that maybe this other Avali gets involved as yet another hired crew member, much like Bill. She winds up also being in diapers too, of course, with a better reason than Anara's lack of awareness while working. I'm imaging that she probably isn't too fond of being padded up, but lacks much of a choice on the matter. It could also turn out that she and Anara o wind up sharing s room due to Anara's room being adapted most for Avalis.
Then there's more of course, like however the heck that toilet is made to not break when she touches it.

I was thinking about an Avali who doesn't have as many augments as Anara does and when they use the toilet, they freeze and damage it so they have to be diapered until the toilet is modified for their use.
Explanation: Avali have very low body temperatures (-50 C).
