When it comes to Shoto/Katsuki, it's pretty simple. I can imagine Shoto getting more and more fed up with Katsuki's attitude and rudeness towards others, including himself. So he eventually decides to teach him a lesson in humility, which turns out to be very embarrassing to the hothead. To add to it, maybe Shoto can also find out that he has occasional bedwetting accidents. XD

Okay, cool! ^^
I'm perfectly fine with it being teasing or humiliating~ Some pairings that I can see working pretty well for that particular scenario, are: Shoto/Katsuki (Yes, in this case I see Shoto being the caregiver. XD), Dabi/Keigo, Dabi/Tomura, Endeavor/Keigo, Fumikage/ Katsuki or Keigo.

Tell me which one you prefer, and I'll let you know what plot I have in mind for it.

I prefer focusing on male characters as well, I'm fine with being either caretaker or the little- so in this case I'll be the caretaker since you prefer little!

I really prefer it to be teasing and or humiliating just as a heads up- for the characters it's honestly your pick I'm down for any!

No problem, it can indeed be a bit confusing at first! XD
Well, I usually focus on just male characters, but if you want to include some females I'm down for that as well. Do you prefer to play as the caregiver or the little? I'm definitely more of a little, but I can play as both in the same rp if needed. Characters that I like to play as little are Keigo (Hawks), Tomura Shigaraki, Tamaki, Shoto, and Katsuki. ^^
