That could be true but I was thinking something a little more forced like what if shinobu has like a secret nursery and likes to have secret time where she acts like a baby and mitsuri finds out and starts to baby shinobu fights it at first but then starts to accept it

Well, while Mitsuri is definitely more caring and affectionate, so she might be more of the motherly type. I could see her babying Shinobu as a way to bond.
