Okay, I’m thinking she says in the morning as she dresses them that they need to show they’re dating so she tells them go on date. It would basically be things they would do on a regular date only babyish. Because the entire town is on big daycare it also functions as a community. They have shops and everything and you don’t have to pay because Mommy steals everything. Also I’m thinking she’s either alerted when someone leaves the town or it keeps them from leaving without her permission. To keep any babies from wandering out.
