The two do the same thing, they make the colors Blend better together giving it a very smooth and colorful look.
You might not tell but I used it on Inuyasha's Shirt

Colorless blender marker? What's that? What's it do? What does rubbing alcohol do as well?
Sorry for the questions. Few techniques are known to me. All I really know, despite how well I think I can draw, is the traditional drawing of a picture and coloring it in really.

Oh God... You will LOVE Prismas, I like Crayola but PRismas are amazing, especially if you use a colorless blender marker. I think cheap nail polishremover or rubbing alcohol works too but it would probably need to be tested out on a scrap piece of paper first.

I've just been using regular Crayola Color Pencils. I've recently gotten some Prisma-Color Color pencils and Ink Pens though. I haven't had a chance to try them out yet though.

the one I use is called Gelly Roll, it's by the same people who make the Sakura Art Pens.
I have a Pentel one but I don't use it much.

Wait an hour after doing the lines than erase over them? Is that what you said. If so, than I'll give it a shot. I usually go to Jerry's for my Art supplies. They probably have something like that gel pen there.
