Hmmm okay. How about the first one is the spy secret then he makes her do something slightly babyish like use a pacifier and after he takes a pic of that it leads to another meeting. Then we can bring in diapers etc, then one meeting where he lets her delete the photos.

The initial blackmail could be to expose her secret. So the person would force Kim to do something really strange, tricking her to doing something embarrassing. Or they could pretend they're a fan of Kim, only to prank her and blackmail her with embarrassing photos (maybe take a picture of her while she's changing- since she always changes in front of Ron, though Ron's too modest to watch her.)

Then Kim would be forced to do other stuff, in which the person would "promise" not to take anymore blackmail photos or reveal anything.

It's never really clear. She always tries to answer her communicator with wade, the boy genius that gives her missions and Intel. And she hides it from her parents but not her closest friends.

In one episode a fashion designer sees Kim save the day and puts out a new fashion line and everyone wears her "mission outfit". Kim says she started the trend, which she did, and no one believes her. The only way people find out she is on missions is when they actually get dragged into the mission somehow.

So the blackmail could be revealing her secret to everyone and her parents, or a better idea might be catching her in a kiddy store looking for stuffed animals, or something more embarrassing I suppose.

I'm SO sorry. I thought I replied to you already. That's a fine idea. Can you explain to me again why Kim didn't want anyone to know her double life? It's been a long time since I've watched the show.

Technically we could do all the ideas, but the classmate or the other agent would be with Kim, not both.
For the classmate idea though how does Kim end up in diapers? She obviously leads a double life, but how about one classmate isn't a complete idiot and sees the news and realizes who she is and blackmails her that way?
