Turns out Naru is fascinated with Tayuya’s confident flute playing it makes her look strong and protective enough for Naru to want to be her baby girl.
Tayuya has been scouting the lead village enough to form a crush on Naru from her clumsy antics and kind demeanor to want a relationship with her.
Issue, the two villages are at war and a common place to escape the drama is the toad village.
