Sorry for keeping you waiting. I have a ton of threads to maintain and added a new one today
[Returns hug but with controlled force so as not to crush you]!
No, I'm not as old as Arnold Schwarzenegger (At 71, He's got at least two decades over on me and probably on you too, in age) and Arnold, the man, actually does a lot of charity work (Google it)! I wouldn't be to hung up about the age thing. After all, like the old sayings go, "Age is a state of mind." and "You're only as old as you feel."
Actually, if you watch Terminator Genesys again (Yes, I know it's somewhat painful to do so) and pay closer attention, you'll see that in the future before "John Conner" goes back in time to the 1980s to terminate his "mother", he is actually assimilated by Skynet who has downloaded its entire consciousness into the "Top of the line" T-5000 (The only one in existence) known as "Alex" (A special infiltrator unit that can create other, though lesser, infiltrator units. Infiltrator units are indistinguishable, even by canines, from a real human being. See ->
http://terminator.wikia.com/wiki/T-5000) and transformed into a T-3000 infiltrator unit (See ->
http://terminator.wikia.com/wiki/T-3000). T-3000 infiltrator units are humans that have been transformed into machines after being infused with Machine-Phase Matter (See ->
http://terminator.wikia.com/wiki/Machine-Phase_Matter) which converts organic cells into metallic resin. On its surface, the T-3000 John Conner may appear to be the human that it once was but its is actually a servant of SkyNet that is following its programmed directives. John Conner has already been killed in the future (See "Status:" in ->
http://terminator.wikia.com/wiki/John_Connor/Genisys). Kyle Reese in the past (Our present) is the key to the future (Chicken before the egg?)! Are your spider senses tingling now, making you dizzy like when Venom tried to take over your body?!
The one thing that I really didn't like was that the actress that played Sarah Conner in Terminator Genesys looked too young, like a teenager while in the original movie with Linda Hamilton, Sarah Conner was in her early thirties - Based on the timeline in the past movies, Sarah should be older not younger. Kyle Reese in Terminator Genesys looked like he was in his thirties, so, if anything romantic happened between him and that teen-aged looking Sara, it would be scandalous for Hollywood but it must happen in order for John Conner to be born and the original story line to be preserved! It's a paradox! Also, I didn't like the fact that the T-1000 in Terminator Genesys was so easily destroyed by a shower of acid after less then 20 minutes in the movie while it took the entire 2 hour and 36 minute length of Terminator Judgement Day to finally destroy it (It makes you wonder why didn't they do that in the first place in that movie?!). Other than that, I understood, accepted and liked the rest of the storyline. IMHO, the special effects were cool!
No problemo about the link to the new chatroom. I hope that you have fun there~!
