my favorite is Obito Uchiha!!!! Those that break the rules and regulations are scum. But those who abandon their comrades are worse than scum. If I'm going to be called scum either way, I'd rather break the rules! And if that's not being a proper shinobi, then I'll destroy that idea! !!
my least favorite is Danzo and Sasuke, because danzo is always only thinking to the rules and not to his comrades and he is the one who gave itachi that mission what makes itachi a S-Rank criminal. and sasuke because he only thinks about revenge instead of helping his comrades also i hate him that he killed itachi even if he didn't know the truth he still killed him (no offense to the sasuke fans!)
