Want to get rid of the annoying adverts? The answer is simple. There are 4 levels of advertising on DiaperedAnime:
Level 1: (Your Level, guests and members with 0-9 posts) has maximum advertising. Level 2: (A user with 10 or more posts who has been a member over two weeks) have vastly reduced advertising (including removal of the large full screen closable adverts) Level 3: (A member who has been registered over a month and has over 50 posts, or has a special account like "artist" or "writer" sees minimal advertising. Level 4: (VIP Donators) receive no advertising.

I was kind of thinking Chrysalis snuck into Ponyvilew at night and cast the spell probably be easier to explain why she's their then if Twilight goes to her hive.
For her friends should they know they are being effected to or think it's all normal? Was thinking if we do them thinking it's normal it could be a way to mess with Twilight more since it would probably drive her a bit crazy if she couldn't talk sense into her friends
Not into enjoyment of diapers but like if we wanted to end the villain plot we could have the effects be stuck so they have to take care of Twilight or part of Chrysalis actually effects them a little making it hard for them not to think of Twilight as a baby
Well if she rules the kingdom they probably don't question what she's doing or she has them under her control or some new breed of changelings.
Or if we really want to have other characters in it she could have used a powerful spell to take over ponyvile making others think it's normal but Twilight and maybe the other mane ones who could be forced into diapers too by other changelings and show up later
Yeah just think it be nice at some point to have her be able to take Twilight outside maybe to embarrass her with more baby treatment but probably be hard to do that if everything is still normal for everyone else
Maybe we can come up with some new location for it to take place for the RP like maybe she took over a new kingdom or something if you don't want to do the reality changing spell part

My first idea I showed earlier is kind of like that and would probably allow for more freedom in the plot so they aren't stuck in a castle the whole RP if you want to look at the idea again we can also change some of the details if need be
Not into like Punishment ones given that sounds like a friend or princess would do it which I don't think would fit.
I was thinking maybe a villain cast a spell to make people think she's a baby or she gets stuck in another universe where her age is still seen as a baby.
Which of course she wouldn't want to be diapered in either but would be forced into one
