I only have mod dominion over my own work here. As far as story reading goes, it's been a long while since I've had a story gallery for myself. Stories are generally proofread to make sure they are first, readable. Second, they should be formatted with paragraph breaks and what-not. So after you upload them, they are assigned to a mod for checking, from what I know. I know Mistress used to do some of that, but I am not sure who does it these days. I've always found Xero to be a kind and helpful mod. He might be able to tell you more. Usually if a story is declined, the mod will message you. I'm not sure who's in charge of it though.
