Side note, I think it would be fun as part of the whole aura of "Cassandra's dream fantasy" That she doesn't have any of the "what's going on" haze from the rest of the dream sessions, and she just slowly accepts this new reality, calling Sandra "mommy," Barbara "big sis/sissy," and Dinah as "Auntie."

For example, an excerpt from the idea:

Cassandra's vision was blurry. She saw... little birds and bats, dangling above her. She liked them, reaching out to make them twirl. She giggled, before hearing a voice that drew her attention.

Her Mommy, Sandra Wu San, looked over at her from the crib with love, "Hello, my little bat."

Cassandra tried to talk, say her mommy's name, but all the came out were little half-words and sounds that made her mommy chuckle with pride.

"Yes, you're very chatty," Was what Cassandra heard as she was lifted from her crib. Her bedroom was nice. Filled with pictures and things she liked.

(You know, really make it feel dreamy.)

I had the idea that Cass and Stephanie are walking home from some music show, Since Cassandra has a hobby of ballet and dance in the comics.

I kind of prefer scenarios where the caretaker is both older than the one getting diapered and is also the one responsible for them being in diapers in the first place, if that's alright with you.

And after this, Shiva and Cassandra have a talk where Shiva gives advice to Cassandra that gives her the almost last piece of self discovery, that she needs to accept this other half as simply part of herself, not a separation.

Then Cass gets dressed, and Shiva spares a light tease about “try not to have an accident on your way home, Siu Pin Fuk. (little Bat in Cantonese.)

Ah, fair enough lol. Maybe with the Wonder Woman one it can be a similar scenario, but instead it's a 14 year-old kid who ends up separated from his family as a result of the fight, and so she agrees to look after him until they can be located? Instead of putting him in diapers out of bladder concerns, perhaps she does it because she wants him to feel completely like he's safe and under her care, and treating him like a little kid is the best way for her to do that.

I have this idea for how Shiva gets Cassandra back to her mature headspace. Drawing from their encounter in Batgirl 25:

Cassandra was led to a private chamber in the building. Candles had been lit. She was asked to lay herself in the centre of the area. Shiva’s voice spoke.

“You remember this place. Where I returned life to you. The scent of the candles. The feeling of all your muscles and tendons sparking to existence. The sound of your own gasp. You recall this place. I know you do.”

The memories filled Cassandra’s closed vision. A fight, a death match, one she lost. She thought it was karmic. The way for a killer to die, how she was supposed to. But Shiva hadn’t let her die.

She knew this place. And how old she was.
