Oh, the lower guards definitely do have their own opinions and goals, which is why the Royals outsourced Gimli's bodyguard. They don't trust their own staff.

Now's a good time to get feedback on the RP. Anything you want me to do differently? Input on where we take it?

Here's what I'm planning: After the current scene plays out, the Queen gives them their new identities and alibis to use while trying to smuggle Gimli out of the country. (I want to surprise you with what I'm considering for those, but I'll take any suggestions.)

Before they leave, an outlaw who wants to negotiate with the King and Queen extorts a guard into trying to kidnap Gimli to use as a bargaining chip, exploring a little bit of the tense political situation that's causing the rulers to try and get Gimli to safety in the first place.

When you post in The Call, do you want your character to try and notice/figure out why the group is suddenly being drawn down the hall? I can roll an intelligence check for you.

It sounds cool. As for diapers being features. Well, I'm not sure how to integrate it exactly either. But, when encountering new species. Who's to say that some of them don't use things like diapers anyway? Just throwing that out there.

If you do something that should have required one, I'll roll it and retcon your actions. Sometimes, during my posts, you'll have skill checks rolled for as reactions to what I do. (I'd let you roll for yourself if you wanted, but modifiers would be an issue.)
