Do you have any ideas for potential future accidents? I like the idea of wetting while being spanked over someone's lap, or having an accident while on a scouting mission. The later one probably happening once Toshiro has her in pull ups and may have to be forced to change her outside of their home or office.

True true but I do think some conflict would be good. And Toshiro does need to establish himself as an authority otherwise she'd feel she has carte blanche to act however she wants.
