Want to get rid of the annoying adverts? The answer is simple. There are 4 levels of advertising on DiaperedAnime:
Level 1: (Your Level, guests and members with 0-9 posts) has maximum advertising. Level 2: (A user with 10 or more posts who has been a member over two weeks) have vastly reduced advertising (including removal of the large full screen closable adverts) Level 3: (A member who has been registered over a month and has over 50 posts, or has a special account like "artist" or "writer" sees minimal advertising. Level 4: (VIP Donators) receive no advertising.

I'm not sure.... I have quite a few rps currently running so I'm a little hesitant to add another. I guess it would have to depend on what the plot would be...
What robots? I mean when they got there they were just in a ship, but there can be robots, but I don't really find interest in that.
A more likely situation is a middle age woman fight with the other female there. Like "you hag" bulma vs. chichi fight, but Videl is called really old and she's not, but gets frustrated and says something like "I wish I was just 20 years younger to show you! You'd need 100 years!" but the wish would be her 20 reduced
me and you are doing the set up, then I will play piccolo coming to explain the danger, then we will do a little city wide request of fighters and bring in two others, then we will ship off to the first planet, or encounter the first character not from Earth. There's just a lot of intro to play with.
I am so stupid, when I was looking over that you wanted VIDEL, in my head I was thinking Pan, since she was the one involved in the dbgt crisis XD.
Videl, at that point in time obviously already had Pan, so she had to be in her 30's. As an idea, how about she is overheard by the dragon to wish for life as it was when she was younger and pampered compared to now dealing with a hot headed Pan. Then as she's regressed, she commands Gohan to say and watch Pan, it's her problem that she's going to help fix etc.
Well goober just think about it realistically. What if her wish was for youthful power? So she regresses and is as strong as.... Trunks/Goten? Or Piccolo?
