We don't have much space. We're going to move him into another room. So I'll probably start taking my lunch in there. I miss the two skinks we had that were on my desk. They were so much fun to watch. Then they got moved.

Haha you have a good point. I do wonder if they can think like us. The black rat snake lives on my desk at work and he watches me take my lunch break.

They are sadistic things. They often just kill their food and not eat it. I try not to get attached, we're not allowed to name them or anything because we can't get attached and they're not pets. But I do love them.

No we'll put in their food and let them kill it and eat it.

Not really, it takes awhile for an animal to be fully domesticated. We do try to keep a wild-like habitat for them.

He's a nice snake. We'll just have to release him at the end of the summer. We caught him from the wild and we'll have to put him back.

When I'm doing programs with him he likes to climb up my arm and rest behind my neck because it's warm.

A cottonmouth! Yeah that's not good. We have a little brown snake, a watersnake and a black rat snake. The black rat snake is my favorite because he likes me.
