…Wait, yes, that’s a good idea. Maybe it brings back a memory of Steph’s early childhood? She wanted to play but Crystal wasn’t in the mood, so before Cass is dropped home, Crystal opens up and says something like “I know I haven’t been perfect to you, I haven’t even been very good for you. But I’m here now, for whatever you need.”

I had a (maybe) genius idea for Steph's session with Cass. Okay, fun fact about Stephanie in her first continuity, she was briefly a teen pregnancy, going through the insecurities and doubts before giving the baby up for adoption, what if that's some of the stuff she gets from her mom's storage closet? You know, pacifier, bottles, a toy or two, diapers could be medical stuff from the clinic, but here's the main idea:

One of those toys could be a speak n spell, and after Steph cleans and pads Cass up, they decide to play a wager game with the speak'n'spell: For every one that they get right, the other one has to use one of the baby items until the next turn, i.e: Cass wins one, Stephanie needs to hold a rattle until next turn, Steph wins one, Cass needs to keep a paci in her mouth. I think it could be a fun way to differentiate the last two carers.

Plus, easy comedy when Crystal checks up on them.

Vigilante wise: Yeah, I'd say so. She doesn't bring it up too often and does have her disagreements but she's okay with it.

regression wise: She finds out when she visits Steph's room. I had an idea that when Steph goes to her mom's storeroom to get some stuff for Cass, Crystal catches her and asks what she's doing.

Regression wise? Or Vigilante wise?

I had an idea that after Cass has her unwinding session with Stephanie, it's Steph's mom (Crystal) who drives Cass home. Maybe she visits Steph in her bedroom while Cass is in 'Little' and is accepting of it.

for character context: Crystal Brown is the ex wife of Cluemaster and the mother of Stephanie Brown. She works as a registered nurse at Gotham City's West Mercy Hospital. She is also a former addict, getting herself clean after learning of Stephanie's crime fighting escapades.

I just think it could make for a sweet scene, Cass maybe feeling a little insecure being driven home by someone who saw her acting like a baby only for Crystal to be perfectly calm about it, telling her to have a good night.

Perfect, that sounds good to me.
