Cassandra entered back into Barbara’s apartment, eager to just climb into bed without any knowledge she’d been gone longer.

But as she entered, she saw something unexpected. Well. Not unexpected entirely, but certainly not what Cass had predicted.

She saw Dinah cradling Barbara, who was dressed in a childish shirt and a clear diaper around her waist. Did something happen? Dinah was whispering to Barbara.

“Yes, it’s okay, baby. I’m here. I’m going to put you to bed now, okay?”

A sleepy murmur, muffled from the pacifier. Dinah looked like she was smiling.

“Good girl, you’ve been very good tonight.”

Dinah walked off, still carrying Barbara. Cassandra was stuck in place, lost in thought. Dinah and Barbara, their body language was in unison. Carer and the cared for. Barbara was comfortable and Dinah was nurturing.

Cassandra wanted that. She could get close. She could grab strands of the feeling, from Barbara, from Dinah, even from Stephanie in a small ‘friend’ way. But it wasn’t the same.

“Barbara got a little worried when you didn’t check in. She needed some… stress relief.”

Cass could feel her cheeks burn. She didn’t check in, and Barbara got worried.

“Make sure to talk to her in the morning. It’d make her feel better.”

I just had some ideas. What if, after Dinah's session, Cass thinks she's okay now, that she's found her missing mommy piece, but then, the Soul drug hallucinations make her uneasy and she thinks "Oh wait, maybe I'm not okay yet."

Also, I thought of a potential reason why Cass goes after Shiva, take it or leave it: Picture this: Cass comes back home after a mission with Batman, when she sees Dinah caring for Barbara, maybe cradling her after a bad dream/flashback. Cass is mesmerised, reading both their body language and just how comfortable they both are. So then she thinks "Yeah, I wish that was me," Which is when she gets the idea to go to Shiva the next day.

(I'm italicising to imply I'm replying to my previous message, which isn't a thing we can do here.)

I had an idea for how to potentially do both of these.

Follow me on this: After helping Cass with her soul hallucinations, Stephanie has the idea to take her back to her place either because she thinks Cass won't want Barbara to see her so frazzled or maybe Cass is scared she'll disappoint Barbara coming back without much intel. Either way, Stephanie finds out about Cass's Little Side and effectively plays babysitter for a bit.

So, Cass goes home to the apartment, where she sees Dinah cradling Barbara, clearly ready to put her to bed (Imagine the kitchen light is on, dim night-time lighting. Cass reads Dinah and Barbara's body languages, reading the comfort from Babs and the nurture from Dinah. And that's what makes her think that "oh, maybe I still need to find a mommy."

The idea is that when Cass didn't check in after getting her drug trip (and getting saved by Spoiler/Steph, Barbara got worried and called over Dinah for some "stress relief."

Maybe her find out during the rp by accidentally hypnotizing someone?

I was thinking after. Because Catra leaves she can treat Adora how she wants.

Sounds fun. What do you think of Adora being treated like a baby by Shadow Weaver, so whenever she next meets Catra she acts more and more babyish.

Alright, Catra and Adora both in diapers but Catras the one that gets the sword. Anything else for this idea?
