Hmm... I'll do a little research, see what all the updates are. Skyrim and Breath of the Wild together might be enough to make the Switch worthwhile. And I do have a b-day in a couple months, so...
Updates to what? Skyrim? I own the Legendary Edition. I know they added something like a hardcore survival mode to the PS4/XB1 Collector's Edition, and I heard you can get the Master Sword and Link's outfit in the Switch version. Is there anything else I'm missing?
That sounds nice. It's good to relax. I'll probably only be RPing activly for another half hour or so before I let other things take my time for the night
I thought about getting Skyrim for the Switch, but I'll probably stick to the PS3 version since I already own it. And I read up on Octopath Traveler but I couldn't get too excited for it. I don't know if it was the 2D characters, the lack of a main quest, or what. I think the main thing though is that with three massive open world PS3 games to focus on for a good long time, it doesn't make sense to shell out hundreds for a new console plus games.
True, I love FFX for it's characters, world-building, mythology, etc., but in general I think I find the gameplay and linearity of JRPG's tedious after a while. I still haven't gotten around to hooking up my SNES classic, so I still haven't started FF "III" or LoZ A Link to the Past.
I like adventure and roleplaying games, either high fantasy like Skyrim (or D&D) or historical like Assassin's Creed, in an open-world/sandbox environment.
I've toyed with the idea of getting a Switch for Breath of the Wild but will probably hold off. I've always been a really picky gamer and I don't think there's anything else yet on the Switch I'd be excited about. Still, the option to play handheld is enticing.
Hi everybody. I love to RP. I'd prefer it femalexfemale rps and that there are no Anthros.
I am currently pursuing my masters is social work, focusing on clinical social work to become a counselor. I've had a lot of trauma in my past, and I absolutely am willing to help anyone out who needs an ear to talk to. We're an odd bunch, and it can be hard to find comfort in someone who doesn't really know what can be a major part of your identity.
I do write on rare occassion, you can find my writings at https://www.deviantart.com/ab-avery/gallery
please don't just message me with little things like "i'm stinky change me" its just... not fun. I don't want my relationships to just be superficial goofy abdl stuff anymore. I can work with it, but please understand I want to be able to talk like an adult still when I feel thats better for the both of us.
