Well on the side-effects the obvious do to the diapers location as in the close proximity to the bladder and bowels will over time do to the constant exposure make them lose control of their bladder and bowels for a long time if not permanently even when they aren't being put in such a type of diaper anymore.

Well heres a list of who all I had in mind,Live-wire,Harley Quinn,Poison Ivy, BabyDoll,CatWoman,Zatana,Wonder Woman,Hawkgirl,Black Carney,Artemis, Barbara Gorden, Galatea and lastly Kara Zor-El(well the animated version of her). Any of those okay with you on them getting diapered and humiliated?
