Want to get rid of the annoying adverts? The answer is simple. There are 4 levels of advertising on DiaperedAnime:
Level 1: (Your Level, guests and members with 0-9 posts) has maximum advertising. Level 2: (A user with 10 or more posts who has been a member over two weeks) have vastly reduced advertising (including removal of the large full screen closable adverts) Level 3: (A member who has been registered over a month and has over 50 posts, or has a special account like "artist" or "writer" sees minimal advertising. Level 4: (VIP Donators) receive no advertising.

To an extent, yes. However, these suits are typically less colorful, feature darker plotlines (Soul-sucking monsters, the dead come back to life, physical manifestations of human greed, etc.), and the Rider count is usually less than 4 per series. However, this leans more towards a use of power than a moral "teach kids a lesson" storyline
That's Kamen Rider Black RX, one of the original Showa era Riders. I do not recommend the Showa era Riders because it's very difficult to find complete seasons with English subtitles from that time period. Start with one like W (AKA Double), OOO, or Kiva. They're easy to find, get to the point quickly, and can become addicting if exposed for about 1/4 of a season
