Want to get rid of the annoying adverts? The answer is simple. There are 4 levels of advertising on DiaperedAnime:
Level 1: (Your Level, guests and members with 0-9 posts) has maximum advertising. Level 2: (A user with 10 or more posts who has been a member over two weeks) have vastly reduced advertising (including removal of the large full screen closable adverts) Level 3: (A member who has been registered over a month and has over 50 posts, or has a special account like "artist" or "writer" sees minimal advertising. Level 4: (VIP Donators) receive no advertising.

If you have an oc for dbz you want to do I am good with that, though if you have done it before I can understand wanting to stay away from it.
One Piece wise it doesn't necessarily have to take place in time with the current events, it could take place after Luffy becomes pirate king, so after Eneru dies, or shortly after Roger does, before he is born.
Either is fine I love both shows so final decision is up to you because I am chill with whatever
I merely stuck with OP since that is the one you put OC forward for. As for an idea it would mostly depend on what kind if devil fruit power you want to have
I am fine with doing two OC characters in the OP universe. I think that may be the best way to go about it so we can have the non interfearing content while still having the entertainment level of that universe
I am completely open to OC if you would rather stay away from shows. As for females in each show I like both main crew females along with Vivi and Hankock. DBZ I like 18, Videl and Bulma not a huge Chi Chi fan.
I watched DBZ start to finish series wise so I know all of them fairly well, likewise with One Piece. Vegeta is my favorite for DBZ and Sanji, main crew wise, is for One Piece
