Alright, seems kinda good. I have to ask does Matsumi have to move in the same directions as the people he controls? Because maybe he could control their legs and throw one katana at like someone's heart and win a fight easily.

Mako sounds basic enough.

I would like to hear what they are bad at (Matsuki seems to have some flaws with his technique like he can't control them all so he only gets one body part each, that works but what's Mako's issue.$ too if you can but I think you got most of the details right. Also personalitys?

I like them enough, I don't write too much but they can be fun and be more developing in abilitys then older characters.

But alright if you wish, I guess maybe your ninja started later if they are a genin (the non anbu one).

Hair: black, down to shoulders.
Description: Lin is confident she's a good ninja in combat but has trouble with stealth and reflexes, unless she can use the substation justu (which she can use three times without rest), a counter attack, or someone helping her, she will take an attack. She is from a low branch but distances herself for this issue and focus on what she can do. She can use Byakugan, the family ability to swipe chakra out of ones body and the Revolving heaven can push away certain targets, it took her awhile to master this justu. She can be friendly to those she trust but will always keep an eye for those she doesn't.

Well he can be like the leader of the team, the main weapon. Can you create weaker characters too then?

I'm not going to far on it so you don't have to for the rp,half of shuippden should be far enough unless you're watching it because you want to.

Hmm I guess I see. Well it's just I kinda have fun with a good team but I can see it being difficult. How about we both have a team of three minus the sensei? If not what other ideas you got for it?
