So maybe they randomly pick some place to go on a trip and its to Hanks Home town and Hank who we should have atleast be a toddler if not abit older and Jubilee a baby where everyone could assume Hank is trying to make friends with Jubilee by trying to speak baby to her is failing in how Jubilee is responding maybe even the adults thinking both don't understand the other truly but they do … Maybe Jubilee even presents her padded rear to Hank and poops in it at that point then sit in it as a extreme way of saying ''No,kiss me ass and you can shit then fall back in it'' if you have never heard the phrase'' you can shit and fall back in it'' its basically another way to tell someone to go fuck themselves... And I could see Jubilee be like that as she doesn't want to leave this reality given how it is.. Anyway Hank and her understand the other just at a disagreement

Yeah that could work too or maybe land them in a sort of Baby felix inspired type of X-Men univere which is similar but has more to it then the Muppet Babies series from what I could stand of both... Could even be fun if its Hanks fault the item is question went screwy sending them all over the place till they ended up in such a universe... Though now that I think about it there is a Marvel universe that's shown in the comics that's canon to the multiverse where all the good guys and bad guys are babies and toddlers with parents thus that could be where they end up too and maybe Hank in this case have to make a effort to meet in hopes each other both swapped into this universe... Hank of course in his Hometown and Jubilees elsewhere, plus well I could see her basically not wanting to go and leave this reality as a version of her parents are still alive in this universe.. Maybe she even breaks the item to ensure they can't leave unless somehow Hank gets his hands on this realitys version of it

Also the more I think about that one short I showed you where the turtles are going all over time and space makes me think of how we could use the fact Jubilee how she is portrayed in the comics just would not last in China current day if Marvels China is anything like how our China is and thus she gets her hands on something and returns to the states with it and something goes screwy with the artifact sending Her and Hank all over the place till they land in a 90's cartoon X-Men inspired universe and one if not both are like'' Lets just cut our loses and stay in this universe atleast until we can find our way to our own universe''

Hank and Jubilee ends up swapping bodies from a mission that was on a mystical island and Hank being the specific not listening to the local warning him not to touch something for it has mystic powers and Jubilee tries to stop him... Ending in them both touching the item and everything seems fine at first but once they are back home and while asleep they end up swapping bodies ..Possibly after Hank processes what is happening is real he learns the fact him being used to not only a male body but also a older body means bladder control is hit and miss given the different bladder size and internal organs the male body doesn't have … Heck could be funny if Hank is better with Jubilees powers then Jubilee is herself because Hank uses his scientific knowledge to get the best results ..Maybe Jubilee on the other hand unused to a older body and less organs isn't aware how much the body can hold and is better at hand to hand combat then Hank is in his own body as she has displayed the skills with powers to easily fend off world class assassins with just melee combat

While for a TMNT Idea with the concept April and Bebop end up swapping bodies do to while the Turtles was combatting Shredder and Krang the two end up making contact with a portal that was glitching and do to the glitching they swapped bodies... Which makes April and Bebop needing to stick together at some level... Maybe April and Bebop both try to take average of the sort of bodies and reps each other have?
