Meanwhile, Tim and Cass are fighting Deathstroke and Ravager(his daughter) and maybe Deathstroke says something that reminds Cass of David, so she just switches into full fight response, demolishing him in combat and just barely keeping herself from killing him.

Afterwards, either at the apartment or on a rooftop, Babs tried to talk with Cass, but it soon becomes an argument over Cass’s feelings, Cass complaining about how Barbara ‘babies’ her which Barbara denies, they both get angry, and Cass grapples away with a smoke bomb.

So Cass goes off to meet Ivy and Harley, and asks for learning more about “Little stuff” Harley goes the whole nine yards, explaining how her little side works before letting Cass explain hers and going “Well, duh, you need a mommy to make it all fit together!”

So Cass goes back to the apartment and notices Barbara passed out on her desk, having halfway written an apology letter for Cass. Cass drapes a blanket over Barbara and goes to bed.

And from that, we go into act two: Cass’s search for a mommy.
