Well true people would be but as I said it seems like he is the least evil out of his siblings from what I recall and seems like he is treated badly by them most of the time and wants them to respect him and/or just treat him proper. Atleast that's what I recall them doing to him and how he seemed want them to treat him right. In fact I think the only time they treated him right was that time he changed the timeline

I even made it so its that Alexzandra had worked her way into Shendo's dark heart. I mean its rather clear he is evil but compared to his siblings he is one of those paradoxical ''noble villains'' that isn't good enough to ever crossover to Anti-Hero level but he still has honor and doesn't really needlessly do much truly evil things. Sure he was a dictator and the like yet he seemed more along the type of he disproved and distaste mayve even distain towards the more evil stuff his siblings did while free but helped them anyway as it seemed like he was pining for their approval it was even kinda hinted at in Canon that he was never that liked from his siblings and they might not have really treated he that good so he does what he can to gain their respect or atleast somekind of good treatment if not just good words from them . Which overtime made him more jaded towards the world and colder among other things .

Anyway yeah I made Shendo also get glee from spending time with Alexzandra at this point

I like it you even gave me a odd ideal with it on how to make Shendo less ''Ha ,HA I'm stereotypical evil shadow villain boss'' to be more human in a sense so that's getting worked on aswell.
