Well I got 2 ideals for something akin to a fused universe of Scooby Doo and MLP where the mane 6 go around solving cases(Both magical in nature and none magical in nature) all diapered for one reason or another. Perhaps even for fun we have a druggy in the mane 6.

the second something akin to a fused universe of Scooby Doo and MLP is one where the Equestria girls mane 6 end up in the middle of magical trouble with the human version of King Sombra somehow getting his pony spirit do to some spell the pony version cast or realized he is evil in a different world and embraced the darkness and wants to summon Nightmare Moon in the human world . Anyway one thing leads to another making them be in diapers for one reason or another

Then I got one where the CMC find a ancient book called the Foalnomicon and Sweetie Belle not believing what they got translated(my headcannon is Sweetie Belle is a sorta genius on things unrelated to school work) would work thinking the tome is mostly just a ancient joke for somepony to laugh about she reads afew spells off that start affecting most of those all across Equis slowly at first

Heres a rather odd one I will admit a god/goddess of Foals and those young at heart gets angered at how somepony that either needed diapers or liked them was being cruelly bullied over it grants the pony the ability to cause other ponies to need or want baby'ish things or act young
