No problemo~! You can download the YouTube video via an online video downloader like qDownloader.net and then play the downloaded video file using Windows Media Player or whatever default video player you have set up!
Just follow these steps:
1. Go to ->
https://qdownloader.net/youtube-video-downloader
2. Copy and paste the URL (
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AHNQBHxoiZw) of the Pokemon Pikachu Song into the textbox and then click on the "Download" button. Links for different quality versions of the same video will appear.
3. Select the best quality version link (I recommend choosing the first one - 720p resolution, mp4 format).
4. Save the video file (The 720p version is ~ 106MB in size).
5. In Windows Explorer, go to the directory with the saved video file and double click on it to open and play it directly on your machine with Windows Media Player or whatever default video player you have set up. I use Media Player Classic which comes with the K-Lite Codec pack (Supports Windows Vista and up). K-Lite has the video codecs that you'll need to play most of the video standards that are out on the 'Net. I use the standard version ->
https://www.codecguide.com/download_kl.htm).
6. Enjoy the video and then tell me what you think about it~!
If you're pressed for time, you can try to skip the first two steps by using the direct link that I already generated for the video file via qDownloader.net - I don't know how long the link will be kept alive by that site (I just created it now), so it might not work for you by the time you log on late at night/early morning ->

BTW - I found another version of the video on DailyMotion (A Youtube competitor) that has a juggler and a bunch of stewardesses (From The Pikachu Valley Tourism Board?) that appear later on and interact with some of the Pikachu ->
