I like that, but I don't think Robin's problem is going to be embracing it. What I have planned is him enjoying being cared for, but having issues adapting to the treatment caused by him being unable to do chores or other things to help out in ways he was raised to think he had to, and the guilt that comes with him feeling like he's freeloading by being Abby's baby
So, what sorta personality did you have in mind for playing Livvy?
I see Rachel as being a bit more serious and stern, more focused on the care part of being a mommy than the playing/having fun/cuteness stuff. I feel like her definition of fun is less playtime and more watching disney princess movies on the couch while frequently checking her little Livvy

Think we should talk more about Livvy and Rachel? I feel like we should establish our thoughts on them and sorta talk through how we'll be playing them, just so we're clear on it and especially considering Rachel's gonna be coming in semi-soon
I like that a lot! I also see Rachel as playing a sorta big role as Livvy's mommy too. I can see there being some fun in having her trade some "I-was-a-baby-slave-mommy-before-you" advice with Abby
And yeah I agree with that, though I can see him graduating to mittens/locked footie pajamas a bit earlier than I initially anticipated with how his character is going (plus I think it'd be fun for him to be taught to make grabby hands!)
I was thinking we could have a lot of fun with Livvy kinda teaching Robin how to be a better baby. I feel like his people pleasing nature would eventually lead him to the conclusion of "I want to make Abby really happy by being cute for her" and having him eagerly learn fun ways to be the baby he thinks she wants him to be
That's a good point on the last part. I liked the idea of Livvy being a kind of big sister, so maybe we can just drop this entirely.
If that's the case then I think we can take out his gag after the first playtime. The jacket should probably stay though, I think Abigail would know he almost impulsively tries to help other people in ways a baby shouldn't be able to
As for the gag, it's less of a misinterpretation and more that Robin isn't able to actually be anything other than a distraction for Abby when they first meet. He can't charm her with his awkward softness, or really talk to her at all, and he can't really try to be helpful or do anything to please her. He just soaks up her girlfriend's attention and seems to distract her while Rachel tries to spend time with her
