For the time being she would just be his friend as he tries to understand where she comes from, and it would be funnier if they watched the movie Aladdin lol. But they would just be friends, unless she decided that she wanted to be waited on hand and foot again, then she could be his baby.

Honestly things never work out trying to just be around her with Genie.

How about this, Jasmine sends Aladdin away and the lamp falls into her hands, and Genie is a bit naive in granting her wishes, not mean about it, but is missing what she wants because she is vague. So Jasmine uses three wishes, 1. She wishes to have her cares and duties removed from her. 2. She wishes to not be a princess anymore. And 3. She wishes to be in a place where she can live her life freely.

This combination of events leads her to be in diapers with a bag full of them on her back. She is no longer a princess, and has been thrust into America, the land of the free, but no one is paying her any attention anymore, and even worse are very rude to her, save one American who comes to her aid when she tries to cross a street with her head looking up at sky scrapers. We can play this out to finding an exhibit in the middle east where the lamp is on display.

Or with Belle, her father isn't enslaved by a mad man, but a business man. When approached by the hag he let her stay in his home and granted him a wish and he wished for wisdom and that led him to a successful vineyard in France and when the storm hits and wild wolves chase her father to his gate he takes him in and cares for him. Though something odd occurred while he dealt with the hag who was a beautiful being in disguise. He got a bit handsy and she turned him into a tiger anthro. He wasn't necessarily cursed, but his servants were turned into a number of items. Once Bell reaches the castle she asks if there's anyway to repay him and you can see where that would go, or we can try something more modern like I did with the jasmine thing and maybe she could come to America or travel after her father passes away (being realistic) and she just wants to learn in libraries or something?
