I think we can start with a focus on two students and two teachers, so each of us can play top and bottom, and add more of characters if we'll see the need. I also suggest trying not to get too over the top, as in some of or previous RP, as it quickly makes it hard to add anything new and different to the story.

Do we need to discuss it in more details or shall we start?

Ok, so, once again, the ideas a pretty vague:

1) A potty training school. There's a world in which girls are unable/not supposed to get potty trained untill they're 18 and everyone is diapered untill that age. So, in their graduation class 18 years olds go to special potty training classes.
Also, I imagine alll the teachers in that school to be futanari. Sex with 18 years old students is uncouraged, and rough oral/anal are widely used as a form of discipline, along with spankings, enemas and such. The stdents might be treated differently according to their potty charts and such.

2) Fantasy setting with size difference. Male or futa character is big (ogre, dragon, etc) and so treat woman (women) they found or caught as babies, according to their size, but also put their huge dick in a good use...

3) Have you ever watched an old anime called "Oniisam e..."?
