Oh now that's a interesting concept we should play with sometime … Could even play it off as do to when the X-gene awakens in a mutant there body make-up in general are different then baseline humans so the effects when turned isn't as predictable or maybe how we got her in our take of her into mystic/supernatural stuff something of hers altered it

Though I will point out something in RL that I stumbled upon; I ages ago bought a normal compilation book of vamp stories and there was a odd short story where a vamp had this odd need to rob people of age and would raise them to a point then steal their age again .. I forgot the details and who wrote it but it was a Draculina ( a Draculina is a Adult full fledge female vampire) story

Speaking of female bloodsuckers there is a one-shot comic of Vampirella called ''Li'l Vampi'' where a child version of Vampirella exists could be interesting to do a rp where her and Jubilee are friends or hell we could even have the child version of Vampirella be who teachs Jubilee the ropes of being a bloodsucker

Decent enough still could use your thoughts on what I am stuck on to get this new rp going...
