Want to get rid of the annoying adverts? The answer is simple. There are 4 levels of advertising on DiaperedAnime:
Level 1: (Your Level, guests and members with 0-9 posts) has maximum advertising. Level 2: (A user with 10 or more posts who has been a member over two weeks) have vastly reduced advertising (including removal of the large full screen closable adverts) Level 3: (A member who has been registered over a month and has over 50 posts, or has a special account like "artist" or "writer" sees minimal advertising. Level 4: (VIP Donators) receive no advertising.

hmm..perhaps we could put it that she takes temporary control, making a shadow clone strong enough to last long enough for an escape. meaning, a shadow clone corpse at the bottom of the ravine.
well, by a second chance at childhood, i meant that she'd take him far away from the hidden leaf, as well as making him a kid again. as for a name..what about "the care of a kitsune"?
and i just don't see a festival of that kind as realistic, given that it would be almost impossible to even organize without the hokage, or anbu noticing and stopping it.
as for the civilian council, i don't see that as feasible either, since from what we know the villages are a military dictatorship. and thus, the civilian portions of said societies would have rather little say in matters. a ninja council works though, probably something with the major clan heads.
