Well I am more for diapers and honestly I can see Orihime at first had a passing interest in infantile things but as things keep going her interest quickly went from passing interest to more or less a life style from all the stuff that has went on in her life .. That could work though the question is how we'd get Toshiro involved in time if we go that route.. Maybe he gets some mission in the human world and Rangiku while not assigned on the case was in the living world on Vacation and sorta found out Toshiro was getting a mission and jumped on the chance to volunteer as his undercover mommy as it'd still be her on vacation not doing true work but babying him ?

Oh or maybe Orihime offered awhile back if he was going on a vacation to be at her place for awhile and he took a vacation at a different time as things was getting to him .. So when the older woman find this out they hatch a plan to have them as their littles?
