On another note, do you remember way back during think near the end of the first baby bat rp where I brought up a missed opportunity of showing a bit of training with Babs? I’m considering the idea of having a sort of sparring/working out session.

Yeah that sounds about right, and Kagami could like it because she doesn’t have intense expectations any more.

Since we were talking about dreams earlier, I decided to practice writing a bit of them to help you see what I think I’m picturing:

Dream one:
Batgirl’s armoured boot collided against the mugger’s chin, sending him sprawling to the ground she grinned, turning to Black Canary, who was dragging one of them by the arm.

“Still think I need to be careful?” She asked confidently.

Dinah chuckled warmly.

“You did great, honey. Now just sit tight while I get some info from this guy.”

Batgirl tilted her head. Why did she have to sit tight? She helped! She made her way over to Dinah.

“Batgirl, I just need to get this done, then we can keep going.”

Why was she talking to her like that, it made no sense. She peered over Canary’s shoulder, trying to at least watch, only for the blonde to sigh in exasperation.

From her… pocket? Dinah pulled out a Batman themed teddy bear, handing it to her costumed companion.

“Here, this’ll keep you busy. I’ll be done in a minute.”

Barbara huffed, snatching the offer and waiting a few feet away. She held the bear in front of her by its fluffy arms, making it dance a bit.

Dream two:

Barbara’s photographic memory was often a blessing, making her an invaluable crime fighter no matter what name she went by. But it had some downsides.

She knew this dream, recalling it countless times. The day she was shot by The Joker and paralysed. Barbara knew what was coming, so she went through the motions, chiding her dad about using too much paste on the scrapbook, sliding over some hot cocoa, before finally hearing the doorbell.

Here we go. Get it over with, clown…

She opened the door, only to find not the face of her nightmares, but a long hallway, almost like an apartment building with multiple rooms.

Cautiously stepping out, Barbara suddenly heard the doorbell behind her close. She had no luck opening it. Okay. Great. Awesome.

Walking over to the first door on the left, she twisted the knob and opened it. Inside was… well, it was her.

Barbara Joan Gordon, not Batgirl, not Oracle, not even Baby-Bat, just a sixteen year old girl in a school uniform with a backpack, leaving her dad’s car.

“Have a good day, sweetheart.”

“I’ll do my best.”

The girl ran to the school building, leaving the real Barbara perplexed as she slowly closed the door. Okay… weird.

Thinking once Chloe agrees to see Ladybug, it’ll cut to her giving Kagami the miraculous.

Yeah, that works. I like it.

Thinking everyone is, but right now it’s Alya. And it would be mainly Alya because she has the Black Cag Miraculoius.

What kind of fun things could we do when Babs joins Hel and Dinah at the club?

Edit: I thought of some things. One: Dinah and Helena briefly wondering if the reversion wore off, only to get told about the magic charm.

Two: Barbara getting really into dancing and Dinah watching happily.

Three: Barbara tries to get an alcoholic drink but Helena doesn’t let her.

Four: In one of Barbara’s Batgirl runs, she had a roommate card Alysia Yeoh who worked as a bartender. It could be fun to have Babs meet someone and go “Oh my God, how’ve you been?”
