Tittle works for me,while on the ideal we could also have Luna tied to the school rules aswell as the related legal rules by a royal order by Celestia so Luna couldn't try subverting punishment from those at the school and couldn't worm out of truant officer pick ups (I have a feeling Celestia would make it clear to the truant system Luna is attending school and must go)

I'm thinking the opening could be Celestia finding Luna up playing a game and taking breaks reading a comic when its way past the Lunar rulers time to go to bed so Celestia could pull the parenting/older sister card

Also I'm thinking Luna and Celestia could get in a argument about Luna being enrolled in school for Luna may be a adult physically ,by age and what she has done shes still a teenager in mental development both from her banishment to the moon and lack of interaction with others that wasn't servants,guards,scholars,parents or her sister as her night schedule and dutys limited her to interactions with others as there wasn't much if any stuff to do outside of work and romance at night 1000 years ago. Anyway Luna storms of mad that she must go to school at her age and not wanting to go either
