No, not fully regressing into a baby. The best way I think that I can put it is that Alison will be able to still think maturely a bit and still aware of what's happening to her, it'd just impact her ability to do more 'mature' skills. Like at a certain point, changing her own diaper would be a lost skill to her and Eliza would have to do that for her. She'd also would start lacking an ability to stay calm without needing to play from time to time, so baby toys will become more needed for her even if she knows playing with them is deeply humiliating to an adult like her. Stuff like that. Although since its a fertility goddess, Alison will still be able to have the mind to consent to romance and sex with Eliza, and does end up wanting to.
As for what the RP goes for after that point, I'd still want to have them have to adventure for at least a bit afterwards. Might be for Eliza to have a way to 'restore' Alison, might not. But an idea that I'm also playing with doing with it that it also makes Alison loses her marital and rouge skills to Eliza, making it so Eliza gains Alison's toned muscles and her keen insight onto how to be sneaky while Alison just gains a slightly chubby belly like a baby might and her mind blanks on the knowledge she once knew. Makes sense since if Alison's going to be a adult baby then Eliza will have to have to have a way so that she can pick up all the slack so that she can care for Alison.
Hey, I just wanted to offer an idea for what's happening to Alison and see if you are fine with it. It's that the ruins that affected Alison was a long-lost elven temple that was devoted to an elven goddesses of fertility. The goddess's views on fertility are weird compared to others of the same area of concern though, that an elven mother bearing a child to birth is rough on her so they are to be pampered, padded, and protected like they were a baby to best help them with that.
Alison's soul was a perfect match to the energies of that goddess, making her suitable to be a vessel for the goddesses energies. So in addition to being made unpotty trained, Alison now has a font of divine energy that forces her to be childish growing inside her over time as she was blessed by the goddess. One that Alison would be unable to control or turn off. This could also be the nexus from which her transformation into an elf is done by.
Eliza could also be affected by this, but more so that she's Alison's assigned caregiver, also potentially altering her to be an elf as well and subtlety changing her a bit to be able to better look after the big baby that Alison will start to partially become.
