Want to get rid of the annoying adverts? The answer is simple. There are 4 levels of advertising on DiaperedAnime:
Level 1: (Your Level, guests and members with 0-9 posts) has maximum advertising. Level 2: (A user with 10 or more posts who has been a member over two weeks) have vastly reduced advertising (including removal of the large full screen closable adverts) Level 3: (A member who has been registered over a month and has over 50 posts, or has a special account like "artist" or "writer" sees minimal advertising. Level 4: (VIP Donators) receive no advertising.

Oh ok then maybe pacifica was potty trained at 1 and maybe the corderoys were potty trained lat 2s to early or mid 3s maybe pacificas parents are slightly more lax with diapers because of the magic and because there less rich
Actually, the thought occurs to me that trainer-sized diapers being a normal thing that can be bought doesn't seem all too unreasonable, given the setting. I'm sure a lot of the status effects that pokemon can inflict (paralysis things, like inhaling stun-spores for example) could accidentally cause incontinence either temporarily or permanently. Might also make things like park-bench changes slightly less unreasonable setting-wise
Well... all of them about Stan and Ford (as I'm not really interested in Dipper and Mabel being babied...) are you okay with them? Is that alright with you?
Alright, that sounds good to me. Could also give an excuse for why bags made to carry them exist.

At least some of the specialized things I could see coming from a tailor, seeing as Gym Leaders need to get their ridiculous getups from somewhere. There are probably also architects who are in charge of designing the overly-complex gyms who could make a nursery, once we get to the lategame.
