I think Fluttershy notices Scootaloo is upset and coaxes the filly to say whats wrong or perhaps Scootaloo had been sent home with a note and Scootaloo explains the reason for it either way Scootaloo gets more upset the further she gets into explaining the bulling

Well I was thinking after we do the mentioned and agreed upon scene that I'll quote it now for you if you don't recall it as its a mother daughter scene for when Scootaloo gets back from School

Oh I like that perhaps the town had seen the senile mare as mostly harmless including Scootaloo because up till then the elderly mare hadn't taken care of anypony for decades

Damn typo meant Fluttershy at the first time I puts Scoots name I'm glad you noticed when I hadn't anyway.

Anyway that typo gave me a ideal perhaps Scootaloo gets talked into joining the schools end of the current school year play and Fluttershy was there to watch,but do to the mare from constantly wearing diapers grown used to pretty much just going when she felt the need so from a lapse in thought on where shes at aswell as not wanting to miss any of Scootaloos scenes messes and wets her diaper while in her seat luckily yet at the same not so lucky was seated where alot of parents or caregivers with diapered children are seated at leading to one of the adults perhaps noticing Fluttershy has a diaperbag with adult sized diapers in it out of the school theater with a small group getting a whiff of Fluttershys mess as she was taken out to a bathroom for a change.

Not sure to be honest as I'm not sure what poses would be good. Though Perhaps at a point in Scootaloo's play she feels the need to poop and makes a cute face as she squats like a toddler messing, maybe the reason she hadn't went to the bathroom to poop is a combination of the fact the real filly had put locking doorknobs on the bathrooms and if one Fluttershy had found one unlocked using the toilet would be punished by Angel and then Scootaloo when the filly would get home aswell as because Fluttershy hadn't had permission to use the toilet for peeing or pooping in
