Diapers for Sasuke would be involved beforehand as stress related, Itachi finds Naruto walking to an apartment alone (since he's an orphan), takes him in and they become friends over time. I don't know how to get Naruto in diapers really. Oh and they go to the same school but Sasuke doesn't have any classes with him.

If we mess with the timeline we could have something along the lines of Sasuke's parents are dead but he's with his brother and Itachi is worried since Sasuke has been anti social since the deaths and enter Naruto. I would like to play Sasuke and we could figure out who played Itachi. And of course diapers would be involved.
